Qcontums' Q45CT conductivity analyzer is an ideal instrument for online monitoring of the conductivity of solutions with corrosive chemical components. The sensor adopts an inductive ring-shaped electrodeless probe, which includes two metal coils inside. One is to drive the coil and generate excitation current; The other is an induction coil that forms a measurement current, which is proportional to the conductivity of the solution.
The material of the Q45CT conductivity meter sensor body is polypropylene, which is resistant to chemical corrosion and non-conductive, therefore it has anti-interference effect on interference and grounding electrical signals. In addition, the surface of the main material has a coating that can effectively prevent most substances from adhering to the sensor.
Q45CT conductivity meter can also be used as an acid-base concentration meter, which can measure the concentration of solutions such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.
The Q45CT conductivity meter is suitable for measuring high conductivity or acid-base concentrations in highly conductive chemical solutions, solutions that are prone to scaling and adhesion to sensors, and industrial wastewater with high electroplating concentrations.
